not training today cause of the rain (wooooooooohooooooo!!), bummer(NOT). so i stayed at home to finishs the The OC. i love that show, i think everyone should watch it. i still have the hills to finish tho, only at season 2.

i think im going to meet jo and fengou for dinner later, i've been so busy with sailing that im afraid i wont have time to be with my friends anymore, better catch up with them when i get the chance. im thinking.........SIMPANG for MEE GORENG PATTAYA(sp?). cant eat too much tho, with the new diet/fitness thingy.
